Need help cloning!

I was successful last 3 times but now cant get clones to root!!!!! please anybody that has time and knowledge to help me ,im desperate ,behind schedule ......

reverse osmosis water was the cure.....

RO water is key, i also use a light nute just to keep them from yellowing.

i'm an ez cloner user as well. I use only water. I do have it hooked to a chiller though. If anyone is thinking about picking one up wait till the beginning of the year the new model is coming out and it's amazing as well as temp controlled!!
