Need help does putting azzo aquatic plant c02 in cup of water work?

I've been experimentating with co2 for aquatic plants azzo line.I put 2 tabs in a cup of water in my grow area "closet " with fan hitting the top to expose co2 in entire room. does anybody have any clue if it works?

is the room sealed, with no fans exhausting?

I like the old school sugar /water / yeast / and to hold temp to last longer add a fish heater
