Need help don’t know what to d!!

Ok so I have roughly 5 plants going right now 1 in which is about 8 inch it already started flowering due to being outside I was able to move her inside and now got her back to the vegetation stage again and this is my first time ever growing so when I went and got soil I bought the wrong kind and now my plants are growing in it and they’re going fairly slow somewhat but the soil is for flowers not fruit or veg and it’s time release nitro. But my other 4 plants are about 2-3 weeks old still fairly small only got 4 leaves and I need to switch them all to new organic soil I’ve just bought, so where would I begin can I dig a little around the plant and transfer it over cus that soil is bad I want as litttle as possible of it going in my new soil. Any suggestions???

So are they in containers or in the ground right now?

If they are in containers and not to large, I usually lean them sideways, put the main stem between to fingers and gently pull them out, working them around a little to loosen the rootball from the container. You can VERY gently brush/shake a lot of the old soil out of the roots before transplanting them, but be mindful the roots are fragile. If they are in the ground, same idea, but dig much further around them then you think. Don't want to stab through any roots and you would be surprised how far they spread.

Hey thanks for the reply I went out yesterday’s nd bought new soil organic growing soil good mix and I’m still scared to swap the soils out because my plants are to small, I went ahead and did 1 last night just to see if they would make it being so little so let’s hope. This is my setup so far still improving everyday

The bigger plant was the one that was grown outside first. I was picking through my bag when I seen the seed so I just tossed it in the dirt and up she came this plant is probably about 2 months old almost 3 months old now and she went through the flower in stage wayyyy to early is it to late to ty and fix it I’ve got it in 18/6 lighting under a 300w led about 23inch away

She should revert. Don't be surprised if you see some funky growth if she does though. Revegged plants can grow pretty oddly but still give a decent yield.

If you growing soil the ideal range is 6.5 but can go as low as 6.3. Try giving them some nutes @ 1/5 recomended dose. My plants are 14 days old and are already to go outside in the field. Here's a picture of them from two days ago (12 days old) feeding them Mega Crop at 2 grams per gallon.

If you hung a simple 23W spiral CFL or 10W LED bulb in cool white about 2 inches above your seedlings they would have been huge by now.

I have two 9 Watt LED flood lights and look what they did to mine in just twelve days. bongsmilie

You should have hung them closer from the start, I see it made a bit of a stalk.
But, yes, it is miles better than OP.

Transplant those now.

I plan on putting them out in the field within the next two days, have errands to do tomorrow in town so maybe wednesday they will be planted. Their plot is already cleared, did that last week.

What would be some recommendations for soil to use I go to my local Walmart or homedepot right now I’m using a organic soil from a nursery by me and I told the guy I was growing tomatoes and he suggested fertilizer so I’m really new to this and don’t know which soil I should use or what nutrients to give it

Ferts for tomatoes will work just fine. Just start off slow and increase the dose as the plant grows. If it shows signs og burning ( leaf tips getting crispy) back off a little.

I don't use fertilizer in soil. only compost, mulching, and cover crops.
