Need help identifying pest

Plz help Identify pest it looks white or clear really small it might be a larva it's an infestation really bad I just noticed today at 5 pm and I checked my plants last night but didn't have anything The bugs seem to be crawling up the inside walls of the pot when they reach the top they jump some are always jumping around they are so small I can hardly see them with a naked eye it looks like they are in the soil

The soil I'm using is Kellogg's patio plus I haven't added anything but water and nutes I'm in the flowering stage bout 4 weeks in plant is 8 weeks old

I know the pics are crappy but that's the best I can do rightnow

Looks sort of like fungus gnat larvae to me, add a layer of perlite or sand to the top of your soil and you should be fine. Also, cut down on your watering. Fungus gnats LOVE moist soil! Only water your plant once your soil is completely dry

Possibly springtails with the "jumping" analogy you made.
