Need Help Leaf Is Dying

Can anyone tell me what's wrong and how can I fix this problem

Hmmm, could be one of many things... Using the right nutrient mix for vegetative stage? Could be too rich of soil/nutrient feeding... Looks like some kind of nutrient burn... but like Diabolica says - It could be over watering...

Also - Are gnats hanging around the soil? Could even be problems from gnats - seems like gnats in the soil turn the leaves tollaly yellow before burnt part comes on and the plant starts loosing leave from the bottom up real fast... That said, it doesn't look like a gnat problem...

One other possibilty is the plants may not be draining well enough - fungus gets in real fast when that happens... Check the holes in the pots to see if they aren't letting enough water out.

Yo kid, get that dirt fluffed ...run your finger around the edge of the pot fluff all that out and use your fingers like a rake. This will help aerate your soil and break up any reservoirs forming from previous waterings. This is how i check to see if mine need watered... rake my hands threw and tip the pot. If you are checking on your plants daily...no need to give them a big drink. Let them have enough water to dry out in 2-3 days its so much easier to get on a feeding schedule this way. Plants will need less or more water depending on its environment

Over-fed, over-watered and definitely unfluffed soil as @Diabolical666 has pointed out. Woot Woot. Once she dries out, just give her some pH'ed water with a 100 PPMs or so of Cal/Mag for a couple feedings.

You cant fix necrotic leaves. How many are doing this ? it looks like only a few and its usually the medium or feed being a bit hot or salty, not too much to worry about and you should show a pic of the whole plant.

How do I fix the soil so It can get enough drainage also I believe it was over watering aswell I forgot I had watered that plant and I watered it twice by mistake

Overwatering a plant once isn't going to kill it. It looks like you have enough perlite in the soil mix so I suggest you just let the plant dry out in between watering. You can also lift the entire plant out of its pot and put an inch of gravel or perlite on the bottom of the pot and then put the plant back into its pot but I don't think that's even necessary.
