yes and if your vegging the you want a higher K bulb flower you want a lowwer K bulb but as many lummens you can get.

i think it says it on the tub lights. veg your looking for 6500K this is the light spectrume.flower you want 2200K or in that general range

when you start to see that strain flowering then switch over to the lower K bulb...
