Need help! Lots of questions, newer grower

this is only my second grow, i feel im quite knowledgeable about growing from wat i have read and been told but still dont have personal experience so i still have many question, i was thinkin of planting near a marshy wet land this summer like on the edge of a swamp, how wet is to wet? and wat would be the best way to gear something up if it were a bit to wet? because it is a mint grow area

Try planting in burlap bags filled with soil. Like a sandbag. Just cut a hole & plant. You can put one end of the bag at the waters edge & the roots will grow thru the bag & find the water.

i read on here a long time ago about a swamp grower in Newfoundland, want he did was build a little box for each plant say 1.5ft x 1.5ft, made out of plywood, in each corner he had steaks to push into the dirt around a hole that he'd dug, then you fill the box and hole with a breathable medium like mostly peat or something. so he was just lifting his plant a ft out of the swamp to give it more room to breathe with a good medium, id recomend doing this if you dig your hole and you realize its really watering or muddy, if you dig your hole and its just damp soil then you should be good to just plant normally
