what I 've noticed in some of my regular pots is that they'll flag like that between waterings if they've outgrown the pot. wait till the soil's dry and see if you can pop it out of the pot gently. check for roots circling the bottom. supposedly it grows like tomatoes, they grow fast and outgrow the pot quickly. I haven't grown my first yet, but I've gardened for years and took a master gardener course. Of course mj was not covered in that class lol. Whatever the sizeof a plant above the pot, a similiar size root system is in the pot supporting it.
Of course I could be totally wrong too. good luck!
You may need to transplant- especially if growth has stopped. They'll only grow to match the size of the pot they're in. When that space is used up, they start drawing moisture from the leaves to compensate for lack of root space. that's why they perk up when watered, but then wilt (or flag). They've run out of closet space kind of. Growth will start again when the roots have room to spread out. But again, just my thoughts. That would be my first action with any potted plant I have- how fast does it grow? Does it need transplanted? is it getting enough light and water? I always start with the simplest explanation and work my way to the more complicated "ifs"
