Nice. Which Driver do you use?
Yeah same to me, shipping is only 5 bucks. If you buy 10 or more COBs 15€/COB. That sounds fair.
The costs for shipping plus taxes (cxb3590) are crazy.

SilvioBerlusconi thank you for the link.
OLD MOTHER SATIVA I think I will choose HLG-240-1050B this driver should power 6 Nichia-130 perfectly.

Today I've tested one Nichia-130 2700K on a CPU cooler, powered by a Meanwell LCM-60.
The following values are the wattage which was pulled from the wall, including the CPU fan(LCM-60 has a independent 12V output).

600mA = 29,3W
700mA = 33,8W
900mA = 42,7W
1050mA = 49,5W
1400mA = 65,7W

What do you think?

The Nichia-130 2700K looks pretty white to me. I think 2700K isn´t correct. If I go with the Nichias should I mix 2700K and 5000K or only 2700K?

Some costs in the attachment, what do you guys say?

Did you get those heat sinks from a Canadian supplier? Thinking of going Nichia myself, since it seems to be the only cob we can get in-country for a reasonable price.

You could also take a look at the CLU048-1212. They go cheaper in the EU then this nicha cob and they have just a little more lumen/watt. But would love to see how these nicha's perform they have a very different spectrum to the CLU048.

Yeah customs is a huge cunt. However if you find the right supplier and shipm via USPS and have them claim gift under $60 no customs fees.
Plus USPS you wont get brokerage.
Ask CobKits, they may do it :)
( I have ordered 1000s of things online, I know a thing or two about avoiding fees.)
