any ways my guesses to why you didn't get high are

either you were already on drugs that may have blocked the effects of the new drugs..

your a regular drug user and your tolerance is to high to the types of substances...

your a regular drug user and your brain needs time to recover. from last high..

your a regular drug user and are used to effects of cocaine or meth and didnt notice this drugs effects because your were looking for the wrong effects, or it was so subtle you felt sober.

the drug you bought was to weak and/ or you didn't do enough at once...

the drug you bought was actually just FAKE because there are no quality controll laws or anything like that to make sure it does what its NOT intended to do.

possibly it was inactive or degraded quality product.

maybe its only active via IV or sublingualy.

but all these are just guessing.


Now the foaming i would say is an allergic reaction, or something worse and i think you should stop use of these chemical NOW.... for your safety..
