I put the lights on 12/12 they turned on at 8pm turned off 8 am, approx 4 weeks in, the timer got switched to 8:30 on and 8:30 off. 2 weeks left and a lot of them dont look developed as much as I expect they should be. Anyone know if that half hour change is big enough to make them almost veg for a while??

Sounds like some light might have gotten in to your grow room.
Probly should of had the lights on during the day, and off at night.

I agree with topfuel... plus... another thing to consider... some plants swell and explode (not literally) the last couple weeks...

no light got in, im positive of that... just wondering if the half hour differance is enough to seriously slow down/and or stop flowering. I have em on during night and off during day because it is more efficient. Cooling/heating works better that way. No cooling needed during day cuz lights arent on to create heat. The cool air pulling in cools em down while the lights ARE creating heat. See what im gettin at ??

Here are 3 pics the one at bottom is the worst, there are a couple in same room that are just fine, but a lot are like this. Any ideas on whats goin on? Botanicare nutes- Pro bloom soil / liquid karma. I never over do it waters good... heat/cold not an issue always is between 72-78 and humidity is good. Just the described above issues.
