i have a grow box about 1.5x2x3 and i have it in a 6x5x3 closet. Im running 16 23w cfl bulbs and a 4 in inline fan with carbon filter this is my first grow and just got the seedlings in the box an finished it hours ago..... my fan is cranking at max and if i dont open the closet (which makes the setup go from silent to obvious) my temps climb fast i was around 73 degrees at the beginning and after about an hour it was up to 86 when i checked the temp. I cannot leave my closet open except when i sleep or im around my room. i work and go to school for 6-10 hours at a time per day. How do i cool my closet down... i need a fast solution here or im gonna have dead seedlings. I would rather not have to drop bulbs but thats all i can think of so im hoping there is another way, and even so It may still heat up with fewer bulbs, just slower. What do i do??!?!?!

16 sounds like alot right now just for seedlings, i would go more like 4-6 max right now. that will drop you right where you need to be.

in that tight of space your not going to cool that many lights...im in double that space and dont even use that many lights...for right now bring that number down to 3-4 bulbs per plant...slowly increase them till you can keep your temps at a decent level....everybody says that they use cfls because they are not hot...simply not true...they can get a room as hot if not hotter then a 250 watt hps

4 but planning on ditching 2 when they get a couple weeks thru veg taking the best 2. i turned off 8 bulbs so down to just the other 8 which means im fine for now but i would like to use it all when they are big enough to need it. im on the second story, thinking about ducting my exhaust thru the floor to the space between the 2nd story floor and the 1st story ceiling which should get rid of alot of heat plus force the box the draw its intake from only the cold air in my room via the gap under the door..... however suggestions are still appreciated.
