Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!(pics)

I need help with my plant. It is 17 days from sprout. It seems to be growing good but the older leaves are getting brown/yellow spots on them. I already removed the bottom two leaves after they died. I want to stop the spots from spreading before it kills my whole plant. The leaves have also been curling down the entire growth. I do not think this is from overwatering because I only water when the soil is completely dry. Growing with 6 Cfls around 250 watts total. Temp is around 75, humidity is 33%. No nutes yet. Soil PH is 6.6. Fan and lights are kept on it 24/7. Watering with tap water, not sure of its ph because my meter wont read water ph level.

I was also wondering how long to wait before flowering and how much should I expect to yield.

Please help me, this is my first grow and I do not want to screw it up.

mabe the chlorine in the tap water?

it could be nitrogen deficiencie......now in terms of yeild that will depend on quite a few different things,but if you veg for about 4weeks then flower for about 8 weeks you should get about 1-2 ounces especially if it ya first grow,,,probably more if your an experienced grower.

if it aint under or overwatering,,,and the ph is fine then you have a nite deficiencie so they need to be fed,,,,

I will start it on some nutes.....Hopefully this will solve the problem. I will post an update in a couple days.
