Need help please, flowering plants with nute burn!!! Still!

I am currently flowering 2 skunkberry and 2 skunk kush. I am in week 4 and have nute burn im pretty sure for a while now. I know old leaves will not repair but why are new leaves still looking burned with yellow burnt tips curling up. I have taken pretty good precautions to stop it I thought I gave them only water for bout three feedings, I don't have a ph meter but I use GH test liquid kit to test ph and it is always right round the yellow to darker yellow. The 2 skunkberry's are not that bad it just seems to be the skunk kush. Why will this not stop and what can I do to still produce quality and stop this nute burn.

What type of medium? Have you flushed yet?

I am currently using botanicare products following there coco feeding schedule, I have been using less then what is called for though because I know from what I heard that they have it pretty high {the doses}.

any one with knowledge on this would greatly help
