Need Help please have many questions very new

Just got my tent and setup done i have many questions

1. How much light does my newly planted seed get. Jus germinated and planted TODAY

2. I have my fan and carbon filter outside tent is that okay, i have my fan pulling the air out of my tent from a duct that goes in the highest point of the tent then blowing it out of the carbon filter. But probably going to switch it so the carbon filter brings fresh air in then fan blowing that air inside the tent, or can i just leave it pulling air out like i do now?

3. should i open one one of the vent flaps i have on the side of my tent or leave it covered so no light escapes the tent?

4. My tent is in a very dark spot is that okay or should i the closet area around my tent lit as well?

What size tent?
Are you exhausting outside?
Are you using the house air as intake? Temp and humidity of intake air?


Depending on your climate, this may be easy.....or the biggest challenge.

You need to be able to maintain temps in tent 80f or less typically. Humidity control also.

The way you have it now is fine.

Yes,please

Don’t matter unless you’re running photos then yes you’ll want a nice secluded dark place(less chances for light leak)

I can answer 1.

They can take 24hr of light right now. You won't have any issue growing the tap root with that. If you want some darkness do 20-4

3. Open. Not an issue. You said the room is dark.

Thanks im hoping im on the right track with this.. i think i am but but i dont even know also im growing this one seed i have in miracle grow is that okay? I know i need better soil and stuff but can i still get a good harvest with this and i use regular tap water.. not sure what ph stuff is yet
