Spots on one leaf don't necessarily mean you have a problem. Can you post pics of the whole plant?

It’s pretty normal for the first set of leaves to have issues. I don’t worry about it unless I see it in new growth. Why is your username newbie01? Do you plan on always being considered a newbie?
