OK so my girl bought me a ac.I turned on my regaler house light on to put it in and Im in flower and the lights where off I did it all in 9 minutes to install can this harm my plants? Thanks.

I have left an overhead 26w cfl on all night before during lights out. I just made sure it was off the next night when the hid went to sleep all was fine
