Need help seeing if I have everything needed

Hey, hope y’all are having a nice afternoon. So I tend to be an over-thinker and tend to forget the obvious sometimes because of it, here is my list of supplies I have gathered for my indoor grow. Any input would be awesome if I forgot anything or if anyone has any suggestions of things I should add or change.

Vivosun 2x4x60 tent
Hlg 260 v2 rspec
Air infinity T4 fan, hose, charcoal filter and clamps
Air infinity 4” intake fan
Digital timer
Circulation fan
5 gallon pots
Nursery pots
Pesticide pump sprayer (for watering)
Spray bottles (watering seedlings)
Garden ties for training
Plant saucers
Trimming shears
Pruning shears
Jewelers loupe
Ph meter
Digital scale
Trim bin, mini thermometer/hydro, mason jars, 90%alcohol and medical gloves for harvesting

I will be using Build a Soil light recipe from seedling until transplant and then transplant into Build a Soil V3.0 mix.

Genetics :hump::weed:

Nice list though

Edit: Welcome to RIU
You do have a nice list. But I agree genetics are just as important. Welcome to RIU and wish you much success in your growing endeavors.
First off thank you, I love forum settings everyone is always helpful and tend to help instead of hinder you. Yes I do agree, genetics are important and the seeds are already on their way here, I’m doing 2 photos inside and 2 autos outside here’s the list:
Mimosa x Orange punch
Girl Scout Cookies
Gorilla Cookies Auto
Lemon Pie Auto

also got a shit ton of free gorilla glue auto with the order.

Be sure to test your PH and TDS meters against calibration fluid to be sure they are accurate, and to do this regularly during the grow so something doesn't sneak up on you.
Thank you, I need to add a TDS meter and calibration fluid for both (I think, I know the PH meter needs it)!

I started with the A/C 4 inch and 2nd grow bought the T6 with new monitoring board.
The T4 was on 10 most time to lower RH in my 3x3. Speed 10 was not loud but I wanted more quiet.

My T6 is hovering between 3 and 5 speed (very quiet)

I have the fan drawing air out the top of the tent, fresh air is pulled in through the bottom. No need for a inlet fan for such a small space

Thank you very much for your insight, I was told using an intake and exhaust was good for active air intake and not passive and that an active air intake would help with some problems in my grow, I was originally just going to use a exhaust with a filter and a small fan for the canopy’s and to just have air flowing at all times. I will definitely take another look into that tho!

Looks good, the pesticide pump might not be the best way to water imo. I like having a small bonzai watering can for seedlings and an OEMTOOLS 87018 10L Oil Jug for big plants (it has measurements on it and it's clear). It's also a good idea to get a Short Period Repeat Cycle Timer (I use a Vivosun one) to give your plants small breaks from the fan. This isn't totally necessary, but they get more sensitive to wind burn during flowering. You're going to need a humidifier and a humidistat, I run the Vicks V4600 humidifier and an Inkbird humidistat. The AC Infinity has humidity sensing- but you don't want to rely on that alone; otherwise your fans will run constantly and your humidity will be too low at the beginning.

You also probably don't need an intake fan, unless the air quality in the room is bad and you're bringing it in from outside. It's just going to make your tent have high negative pressure, plants don't like it too high. Passive is fine for a tent that big.

If you are venting into the same room the tent is in, you may need a dehumidifier for the outside of the tent (like in a garage or a room). I use a 50 Pint Frigidaire FFAD5033W1 Portable Dehumidifier running off another Inkbird humidistat. You could use any size if you are draining directly into a drain, but otherwise the 50 Pint will stop you from needing to dump the bucket up to twice a day. Running a big dehumidifier in the room also keeps the temperature warmer.

I was gonna use the pesticide pump for the transplanted plants I’ve seen many people use them which is why I put it in there and then I am going to use just regular spray bottles on the mist setting for the seedlings, I will have to look into a humidifier but I do have a dehumidifier already that has a hose fitting on it. As for the humidifier, may I ask why it is needed, I’ve been watching videos of seed to harvest grows on YouTube and researching online and most of the vids and grow diaries I’ve seen don’t use humidifier or I don’t see them used.

Are you pulling air in from another location? If not, you can just use an open flap or hole for your intake. And since you have extraction fan and carbon filter, I would suggest going up to a 6in system to not max out the 4 because of the filter.

How is your region's humidity? Depending on that, you may need a humidifier or dehumidifier to keep your rh inside the tent constant. AC infinity has a controller that you can implement to operate the fan on set parameters to keep your temp and rh constant as well.

humidifier, may I ask why it is needed
First weeks are dry. the plants use the humidity from the air to feed till roots form. season here is about 35% RH so I need a humidifier for a while.

Once they start drinking, you'll be looking at venting the RH out to keep the tent (area) around 50% or so. Bad RH would require that DE-humidifier and or Air conditioning

Already got the 4” so looks like I’ll be getting a 6” for next year, I’m pulling air from my room, I was worried about having light leaked because the tent I have does have a mesh “vent” but it lets a lot of light in so I threw the Velcro cover it came with over it, that’s why I was gonna use an intake on the lowest setting. And RH for my state on average is around 70%.

Maybe a fish tank air pump and an air stone, then you can bubble your water 24 hours before using it.

You can using flexible tube ducting or a cardboard light box over the vent to block the light.

If you can control the rh with the exhaust fan, then you may not need a dehuey. Once you get everything set up, turn it all on and see what it does before you put your plants in. The humidity will rise as the plants get bigger.

Just the T4 exhaust is fine for a 2x4 with 260w of LED. No need for active intake, but if you are worried about light leaks you can use AC infinities cheap 4” or 6” booster fan with a short run of ducting with some loops or bends to minimize light leaking in.

Humidifiers aren’t necessary but will improve growth and help with drying if you are in a dry climate. I would definitely invest in a dehumidifier though, PM or budrot can easily ruin a crop.

That’s the “intake” fan I got just something simple I can keep on the lowest setting,I already have a dehumidifier that shuts off when it gets to what I set it at, humidity I’m not too worried about, I figure I can mist the plants once or twice a day when they’re young if I need the humidity to be raised. The whole reason I’m growing is because I’m tired of paying high prices for shit bud around where I’m and I know it may be a dream but I wanna be able to produce high quality potent bud at my house. My other question is I see so many varying temps and humidities to keep your tent at from different people online so I’m confused as fuck, what humidity and temp do I need for seedling, veg and growth?
