Need help spider mites poasibly

Help please! I have all the symptoms of spider mites on my leaves all the pictures look the same a million little brown spots on the leaves of a few of my plants but there are no bugs at all any help please??

Also my plants are 50 inches tall with about a week into budding 12/12 600 watt hps light watering as needed inside with miracle grow soil and miracle grow bloom booster 10 52 10

some type of plant spray that kills bugs or ladybugs, u make the call

Also just found a tiny black bug with little wings kinda looks like a gnat

But any suggestions on best kind of spray? Or any idea what the bugs are?

First you really need to identify what the pests are. A cross reference with some online pictures will help you better determine the exact form of infestation.
Without seeing pictures i would assume they are not spider mites if your spotting is brown. Spider mites create tiny white dots all over the leaves. Turn the leaf over and magnify the area.
Spider mites live and feed on the bottom of the leaves. Might be a magnesium deficiency.
