Need help starting.

Alright im new to this i will be growing with my dad he has done it for a couple of years now he gets good yields but never has good strains i want to start from seeds any good seeds for me to try out?

There is a whole forum section on strains. It's hard to beat Nirvana seeds. I'd suggest a stable old strain like Northern Lights (feminized)

Grab an issue of High Times, look over the pix and the one you start to drool over, go with that. There's just to many great strains out there. Plus I don't know you, I have no idea what you like or what your needs are. You need to figure this out for yourself and like Illegal Smile suggest, visit the strain and seed review section.
