Need help to raise temps in grow tent

I have a 4x4x7 grow tent. I have a 600watt hps, cooltube, charcoal filter, high velocity inline fan and a inline fan. My setup is filter>Ducting>Cooltube>Ducting>High velocity fan>Outside.

My temps are 69.2F and 47% humidity with lights on. My sensor is right about my light. Right under the light is warm but anywhere else is pretty cool. How can I raise my temps to about 80F?

have a osolating fan and have your ventilation turn off 5 min every hour or what works or run a space heater on a digital timer

How would I use a heat blanket? I'm thinking about getting a heater with a timer like what the75bag stated.

put them underneath the pots and they will also keep the soil warm. its just an idea.........

You can raise the temps significantly if you undo the cool tube,
and just use it as regular light.
Still keep your intake and exhaust going, but you should get a speed controller for
your blowers.
Lower the speed of the blowers until your temps stabilize.

Why not get a timer or controller for the fan so you can adjust it till the temps are right.

I think I heard that somewhere but I wouldn't say it was advice directly from me.

Great advice guys. I'm going to order a speed controller and if that doesn't work. I will try the cooltube alone then if not luck. I will probably try a heater with timer or a warm air humidifyer.

I ordered a speed controller today off of ebay from htgsupply.

I also connect my filter directly to my fan and outside. This brought the temps up to 76F so far. Its been 5 hours since I made the change.

Yeah. A buddy of mine just gave me two 4 ft T5 lights. About to add it. Right now though, the weather got a little hotter in LA. Also, the speed controller helped a lot. My temps are at 86F right now. Thats without the 2 lights. I think if the weather was a little cooler it would probably be around 77-80F.
