need help very strangeplants

i germed out 8 beans they all greww bout 2 inches, got stuck out of town so i couldnt water them for a few days a few died now the rest of them are 2 inches and stuck not growing but alive, oh ive grown before same promix, nutes, lights,what is it

sounds like the roots got dried and died
at least part of them, my guess is they will recover as the roots regrow
but that's a guess
