Need help! w pics

What are these red dots on my leaves. i have never seen this. I have also been doing some work on the room but have been trying not to be too messy. I would say though that some saw dust got into the air, any suggestions?

Obviously provide specifications, but my first two guesses would be pH / calcium deficiency

Feeding them botanicare, but lightly dosing so I guess Ill up the cal mag, but I check my ph so I believe it is accurate
