need help, What is this white discoloration on my leaves?

This discoloration came fast within a day, it wasnt there in the morning but i seen it when i got home. theres nothing under the leaves to indicate bugs, could be from watering and the lights burnt them a bit from the water drops acting like magnafying glasses but i have a fan and that normally never happens i spray water on them everyday and the white just started today, im thinking maybe a deficiency of something i have no idea. heres some pictures

Stop spraying them with water. If you want clean leaves get yourself some Einstein oil, It is a neem oil pesticide/leaf shine. Even with fans on them spraying everyday is asking for trouble.

If it dosnt spread and you cant find any bugs then probably. Can you list your grow variables? (soil, nutrients, lights, temps, if not soil PPM, and PH.

Spraying your plants is not a good idea, as you said it could cause burns from magnification. those white spots to me looks like dried water droplets.

okay, and im using cfl in my closet i got 3 big 45w with the rest assort 14w to 23w, my soil is cheap dollar store stuff with perlite that says it feeds up to 3 months and i repotted them maybe 2 months ago, it also says npk fertilizer 0.12 + 0.09 + 0.07 if that helps lol. right now im just giving them water but last week i gave them some plant-prod flowering fertilizer 15-30-15, the smaller ones had some brown spots of course i gave them to much there to small in size its my first grow but theyve continued to grow nice but im going to just continue giving them water for the rest of the grow. thier about 3 weeks on 12/12 so far and the im not sure about the temperature but its maybe around 15-20 my room temp
