Need Help Wiring fluorescent tube Lamp

so i found this Dual fluorescent tube lamp (40 watts each) in my garage, it seems it was wired to a box using Black / White / Green(Ground?) wires, im wondering how i can get power to the lights from a regular power cord. perhaps cutting the wires to some power chord and splicing it to lights? maybe some other method, i don't know i need a bit of assistance.

if the wires on the light are long enough you can just buy a plug from a hardware store. if not you can buy some grounded wire like romex,or hack up an old extension cord and wire it with that. good luck
