Need help with Aeroflo 20

Hey guys I just recently came into an Aeroflo 20 from a friend. I can't get into contact with him because he was deployed. So I have a few quick questions.

Do I leave the system on 24/7 or should I run it like a NFT, 1 minute on 5 minutes off? Also, when can I introduce a a seedling? After it has rooted in the rapid rooter?

I would run it 24/7 and introduce seedlings after they have rooted. You could also do a week of veg before you turn back the light. I run the aeroflo 60 and i love the results. Hope this helps.

I have not been able to find a sold answer to the same question. but the best since I have heard is 1min on 5off would be best since the rez temp would stay lower than 24/7 eliminating a need for an expensive chiller. and it also allows ALOT more Oxygen to get to that massive root mass that form in the grow chambers. Some people say, "the roots will dry out if not ran 24/7". But There is water that remains in the grow chamber either way.. so 5 min intervals will not kill roots.. yet the only real answers I have found when it come to this truly professional style of growing, they have come from Stinkbud.
