Need help with ballast wiring

Hello guys, I'm new to the grow scene and got myself a growkit. My question lies with the ballast. In the picture I've highlighted where the ground cables should connect to(green), however, only the cable to my HPS lamp has a ring crimp (blue) and the cable to the power socket does not (red).

How should I best proceed to connect the ground cables?

Brown live.
Blue neutral.
Yellow to chassis(earth).

Also connect your reflector to earth as well.
Go go buy some ring crimps, to get it done.
