all depends... i like to cure for a month after drying..

2 weeks/10days minimum curing. Curing longer is always better.

Hows the smell coming?

starting to smell better, color getting better as well as taste

It's really all about personal preference man, if you like the way your buds smoke now smoke them. If it's too harsh still give it a while....
