outside is your only option bro. you don't have to do it on the property you live at. i don't wanna burst your bubble but you are not in the right life situation to grow anything. you have no car, very little money, and live with 3 people that won't know what your doing? its just not gonna work out. it doesn't take long before it starts to stink. what are you going to do about odor control? this stuff costs money and you have to be able to travel somewhere to buy it. not to mention that anyone living the house/apartment is at risk if you get caught. my advise is to learn all you can and wait for a better time.
