Need Help with First Grow Choosing A Strain!

Hey, I'm gonna do my first grow in my closet under 3-4 CFL, I have the right bulbs and everything and I'm getting fox farms ocean forest soil soon. I already have evrything but seeds and nutes. My closet does not have very much space maybe 2 feet by 2 1/2 feet and maybe 3 1/2 feet tall. I have chosen to only grow one plant at a time so that limits me. I was wondering what feminized strain I should choose considering it needs to be short and low odor. I would like something easy to grow yet very potent. I would also like where to order the seeds from. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Uhhhh, i like al types of highs mostly social, and head stone high. and I would rather they be feminized so i dont worry for 2 months that they are males so i definitley want feminized. Do you know of anything that fits my grow closet?
 
id say go with a pure indica strain so you can be more sure its going to be small - or just lst - really finding the right pheno is a big part of growing that comes later, you find the right one and clone, if your growing from seed its a roll of the dice every time no matter where you get your seeed, especially with hybrids, choosing the strain is your job in the end. Depends which seed gives you the best plant & product..

your closet is way to small - but u could try indicia or LST on a hybrid
 
Even feminized seeds have males. All seeds have a chance of being male and need to be flowered to know for sure. If you bought a ten-pack of standard seeds, for example, good stock might get you about seven females. A feminized pack of the same strain might get you eight females. If there's a feminized version of the strain you want available at a retailer and isn't more expensive, then by all means buy some. Just don't pass up a favorite if no feminized are available.

You should look into sativas and mostly-sativa crosses. I wouldn't reccomend anything more indica than a 60/40 sat/ind mix. Some strains that come to mind are C99, SAGE and Mother's Finest. I'm sure you'd love some original Haze types if you had the 6'+ vertical space.
 
I saw papya and snow white feminized on Nirvanas, i was wondering if they were good choices for my closet, does anyone know?

I have to agree with you on the reg seeds being better, reg seeds are more vigorous plants and overall they are just better, its good to get some males also to breed - feminized seeds are also not good for the cannabis species - but as far as feminized seeds, You are exaggerating the odds to an extreme degree here, I have grown from 100's of feminized seeds, I have never once got a male but I have got a few slight hermies - if you buy a 10 pack of feminized seeds id say the odds that your going to get 10 females has got to be around 99% NOT 8 of 10 as you stated

I never said there was a 99% chance of getting anything. I said someone might get 8 females in a feminized ten-pack because I've gotten two males in a feminized ten-pack, so I know for certain that it is possible and does happen.
