germ your seed with a jiffy waffer can buy that at any home and garden store. It can take up to
two weeks to germ. I soak mine in water for 24 hours then plant in jiffy waffer. Make sure the sprout box that comes with the jiff's stays moist. Wherever your going to plant it... dig a hole and buy some potting soil (miracle grow) or (fox farm- best) and pearlite mix.
Buy some rocks that have been washed or wash some yourself and pour it into the bottom of the hole you made. then mix your
pearlite and soil together, should be between 20- 30% pearlite for drainage and fill the hole with that soil.
Unless you have some badass dirt somewhere id rather use potting soil because most natural soils are muddy.
Make sure the area you plant it in is not shaded, remember the sun rises and falls so some areas may look great during midday..
but might be shaded during morning or evening. Your plant needs as much direct light as possible.
As for strains since your a beginner I would go with a pure indica, they are easier to take care of and most of all flower much much quicker. Now if your looking for a big yielder I would go with some sativa's or a indica/sativa hybrid. Just browse that site I showed you and look at the strains info..
pick your favorite 10 and narrow it down, you can order single seeds on here which is very unique.. means you can have alot of different strains growing at once for only around 6-9 u.s dollars each you do the math.
Get some 10-10-10 fertilizer for vegging and some bloom nutes high in phosphorous for flower.
