Need help with growing techniques and ideas please!!!!

A lot will depend on your budget but with a space that size I would recommend getting a tent. Since you are only doing 2 plants and ou are new to growing I strongly suggest you go with soil. It will be a lot cheapers and a lot easier then hydro. I say tent because that room looks like it gets a lot of traffic and would be hard to control the climate. If you really are interested then you need to give a lot more information like budget, plant height, yield you want, environment in that room, etc...

First if I new nothing I'd spend alot of time researching the grow technics of the many growers and see what might suite your needs. There are many different styles to choose from here on RIU.

Are you really going to grow in an entry way? There may be some security risks associated with that.

If you put a tent in that entryway, will you mind not having the use of that door? cn

The tent is also key because you want to trap whatever light you're using to maximize efficiency.

yes its by the only entry and exit way, now i dont mine building a SOG Cabinet but just dont know what to do first!! this IS MY FIRST TIME GROWING!! NEWBIE HERE YALL ARE TALKING TOO, AND IM IN NEED OF HELP! ASAP

Forget the door. Nothing is more important than medicine.

Soil would be your best to start. Once you know the plants hydro will be easyer to understand. And a tent would be the way to go in that spot. More or less because of light. I'm guessing your not worried about people walking in. So a big black tent won't stand out anymore then 2 plants just hanging out. Lol but if you don't want people to see I would say if you can put them in different closets. Most are flat white so all you need is a small 6 inch fan blowing inside. Use T5 lights in each heat isn't that bad. Open the door when lights are on. And if somebody shows up you simply shut them. And the reason I said use 2 closets is for room but mainly so you can start 1 then 6 weeks late start another. You will be smoking 1 as your trimming the next. And it's better then going the whole grow each time. That would be the cheapest and easiest way I think. But if you really want hydro we can help you out there. Just need a $ range you want to work in.

its good ideal to get a tent if you want 6 plants, 600hps light ,10-15oz
but if your looking for 4 oz, 2 plants a 3ft x 2ft x 5ft wardrobe with black/white inside and a 250w hps would work well if built right
lights on at night low noise,

soil is best at first
i am a very experience grower in soil
and if you want help you all the way
i can keep it very simple for you to get a high yield and good quality smoke

you need to find the right strain/seeds for your medical condition
can you give an ideal what you need it for

yes sog works very well but you need lots of cutting/seeds, like 12-24 plants but you will get a large yield in a small time

scrog is like sog but just a small amount of plants that are lst and topped under screen with same yield,but veg longer, very good for small grows

how big is sog cabinet
