ok so temp in the box closed get to 84 this is my set up. i have 2 exhaust fans at the top and 2 small intakes on the side and the little tower in the box is the oscilater. what would i need to help?
Can you hold that temp of no higher than 84 then your at the extreme but within specs. 85 and above is when you get into problems although i did pull off a grow at 88 degrees.
You can run higher temps but you need to move the air around more, and make sure you're bring in plenty of fresh air. My rooms been hanging close to 85 and everythings been gravy. Had some minor problems with heat stress and bleaching but that was because the light was too low. I changed over to 20/4 from 24/0 to combat midday heat, raised the light 4-5", and everything is thriving wonderfully.
85 is fine...i agree with the others. get some clip on fans to place in there. your inside temps will only be as good as the ambient temp when you have good circulation. i had a LED which that is what that looks like. good luck with it .
84 really isn't bad but if you are a stickler you could put a piece of plexi glass between your plants and light and that will definately help you get it down in the 70's. The only thing that sucks is it makes your light less mobile but I have used it in all my boxes to get some big wattage in small spaces and IT WORKS!!!
im trying to keep it at 75 with the lid closed
no humdifier or co2
my exhause pulls 80 cfm its a small space and the comp fan idk how much it pulls
white: is the vent/circulation im showing in the pics good enough?
supdro: look at all the fans i already have how can i make it less but colder or somethingh?
