I would go less than 50% and use say 25% nutrients and make sure you flush them pretty good then in last bit of flush use 30-40% there about

You can flush with low EC water, checking the ph and EC of your runoff. Continue to flush until your input and runoff are in the same ballpark. Then feed well with your normal nutrients.

So runoff was bad , EC 3 PH 5.4 i flushed a lot, ec back 1 ph 5.6 not sure why not climbing higher, will it be fine if feed the lightly with ph 6.5 couple times ?

that's what i would do. feed lightly with plenty of runoff for a few days
