i have a 1/2 foot tall afghan..it has white pistils all on top and down the steam of my plant..Is it flowering or preflower?also i have a 2-2-4 nute for the flowering is that good?can u help me and tell me if my plant is flowering?its outdoors but ibring it in at night to do the 12/12
