need help with plants

this is my very first grow right now my set up is a 5x7 grolab tent with 2 flourescent t8 tubes and 2 kessil purple hp150's and 2 magentas.

I wanted to know what would be the best positioning for the lights and when should I start the flowering stage. There are 5 plants and they were clones and have been growing for a exactly a month now. oh and there seems to be powdery mildew developing. what's a good fingacide aswell. sorry for all the rookie questions but yeh. besides that the plants looks good.

please dont say throw the plants out.

if you have mildew/mold its probably too much watering ..or too humid in your grow room..keep lights as close to the plants as possible without burning them...skim the soil with a spoon to get rid of mold/mildew..or if its on the plant use a spray thats made for use with vegtables..try not to spray anymore than u need to it's not tasty when u smoke your buds..

thanks g, any comments more comments on the lighting? does anyone have experience with kessil lights? or led/flourescent combo in general?

also when should i start the flowering 18/6 then 12/12 process. sorry to ask rookie questions.

18/6 is for veg, and 12/12 is to start flowering, after you start 12/12 your plants will start to show sex within 2 weeks.... When you start to flower all depends on the size of your plant, some strains can triple size during flowering so keep that in mind.
