Need help with seedling fertilizer

Well I'm about to have my seeds and I want to have my ferts and everything I need before they get here so I'l have everything ready. I want to buy fox farm but I wasnt sure exactly which mix to buy. I'm needing this only for growing the roots out so I can transplant it into a biger pot (Probly 3 to 5 gallon. good or bad?). I also need to know what kind of ferts I will need when I transplant it andstart the vegetative growth. Thx

You can use those jiffy pucks.Or just grab a bag of MG potting mix,for the seedling stage.

Okie dokie. I didnt think the seedinlg stage need much as far as ferts was invlolved. I was thinking of simply just using soil and mixing it with styro foam for better drainege. I work in a wharehouse so styrofoam is every where Where can I buy MG poting mix?
