Need help with seedlings

I have set up my grow room 2x4 grow tent with 12 t5 ho fluorescent that's 648 watts and 56400 lumens with 6500k bulbs when I am ready to start flowering I plan on using 2 2200k acitinic bulbs 8 2700k and 2 6500k bulbs combined will give out 48000 lumens. I have two fans one exhaust with charcoal filter on thermostat I have set up four 5 gallon bubbleponic systems. Its an awesome set up. But I suck at growing from seeds evidently they are 10 days old one is dr underground king kong and one is a ak47 widow. the king kong this morning had fell over and the bottom of the stem is very thin, the widow has its serated leaves turning yellow and the stem is curvy but thick. they are both about an 1 1/4 stems, I started them in rockwool with neutral ph and very very little fish emulsion. They are growing under a led and dual 7200k 18 inch flourescents and are three inches away from each. What am I doing wrong?

More nitrogen and less watering? Rule of thumb is to water every 3 days. Every day is over watering UNLESS you soil dry's out completely. But it sounds like you are watering way too much and there is no nitrogen to promote growth

do you think they are salvageable? what best source for nitro do you recommend the fish emulsion is 5-1-1. I took me six months to get to this point, I bought the seeds from a reputable online seller. Appreciate your help.
