Need help with small issue

Hello
Currently dealing with a mite problem and just used doctor doom fogger seems this happened to some of the leaves afterwards within a a few hours
Is this common when using a fogger?
I'm using soil roots organic
Led 600 watt 3 feet away
Ph at 6.2 when feeding all was normal prior to fogging plants

It's spots almost like paint splatters .
Under the leaf is normal but on top is the most damage.
Looks like stained

Use this at night. Get like a spray bottle. 1 part neem oil and the other part milk. Yes milk then warm water.

Mist the leaves all over. Let it sit over night. And in the morning all the stains should be gone.
