Need help with white mildew on outdoor flowering plant.

Hello I have a couple plants outside that have white mildew on them and it seems to appear overnight. One plant has it worse than the other. Can someone help me out and recommend something that with fix this and that is ok to use on plants that are already flowering, thanks.

Looks like Powdery Mildew (PM), my area has it all over many garden plants etc.
1 tpsn of Baking Soda, 1/8 tspn vegetable (olive oil works best imo), a few drops of dish soap (not the antibacterial type, regular soap) into 1gal of water. Mix well and spray every 10 days or so to keep it at bay until they finish. Won't affect buds but it will burn them if you spray during the day. Best option is after sundown so they'll dry before any intense sun hits them.

I use 1 part milk to 9 parts water in a sprayer to
rid PM for good with no ill effects to leaves and buds.

That's just the answer I was looking for. I have noticed that weeds and some plants around my yard have this same thing going on with them. I'll give it a go this evening. Now my only question on this is, should I spray the entire plant or just affected areas?

My area has it bad so I've been dealing with it since I moved here 3 years ago, outdoor and indoor. I've tried a lot of things but that mix overall seems to do the best job, you have to keep it up though. If you let it go, it basically wears/washes off with rains and it'll come back after a few days. Spraying every 7-10 days consistently will manage it and keep it off until you harvest. Cheers..
