In my opinion it's not my opinion it's the plants but now your asking about frequency. How do you plan to grow? Organic, in ground ,pots etc your question was about best kind, particularly veg nutes. Imo because I'm a soil grower i use organic nutes. If you were asking about best brand of nutes I'll get the popcorn going

Okay man cool. I like soil. All organic. Organic as can be, also in ground. So I've got the popcorn ready. The best organic veg nutes, once your plant is in ground. The soil is good. About 7 hours direct sunlight on them. What should be the best feeding routine?

If your soil contains sufficient nutrients, you only have to give em water.
If your soil needs a bump, top dress with organic nutes and scratch it into the top inch or two of soil.

Nutrient blends are the easiest way to get good results.
Bio-Live is great for mixing with soil before filling pots.
Bio-Fish is better for top dressing (and cheaper than bio-live).
Both are made by Down-To-Earth. I believe they are in Oregon.

Many things can be added as amendments but most are not complete so they can't be used exclusively.
Be careful with manure. Chicken and steer can be high in sodium if it hasn't been composted properly.

Also be careful with store-bought compost.
The stuff made from yard waste will suck nitrogen out of your soil because it hasn't been composted long enough.
And it's usually way too heavy on "brown" components, so there's no nitrogen to spare.

good luck

Awesome brother thank you for that! I more question. Some people I know won't even mess around with soil grows because they truly believe that hydro will be better. - for out doors- If u have good soil with good nutrients. And you mostly do everything right with giving good nutrients weekly. 7 to 8 hours direct sunlight. A very good seed with good genes. Could that possibly be better then someone who grew hydro well?

Most people say indoor is best. I think it depends on the grower but them being the same or equal probably indoor in most people's opinion. And if the soil is good you probably won't need to feed weekly. Its gonna come down to grower. In other words imo a lesser grower indoors wont beat a good one outdoors, genetics being equal.
