The plant is healthy that is just a minor flaw. Keep doing what you're doing. You're overthinking it I promise.

More info man. I'd be looking for WPM too. The left leaves look a little suspicious.

I did notice some suspicious almost Powdery Mildew patches at second glance.

Folks here may be willing to give you some deeper thought if you could feed their brains with a little more info, like a plant does nutes.

What are your average temps/humidities/growmedia/watercycle/lightcycle/feedingregime if any?

Your plant is fine, if all goes well you’ll be cutting those leaves off later down the road. I’ve noticed it’s not uncommon to find a few mutated leaves in a garden, I know of 2 or 3 in my scrog that I haven’t bother to remove

Water spots. Spray/rinse with some clean pure distilled water if you don’t believe me or suspect worse.

That's not powdery mildew I topdreessed my plants with makes the granular kind ...and dropped some on top of it.... dusted it off and thats what that was
