I have 3 lights. 2 yellow and 1 blue light. I've been told that the yellow lights are for flowering and the blue lights are for veg. I've had all of them over 3 plants for a week. Not much growth has happened. I took out the yellow lights. Should I put the yellow ones back?

you might not have the right spectrum of bulb. The 4100k bulbs (cool white?) give the plant almost no useable spectrum. Same with the 3500k bulbs.

OR your problem might not be the lights so much as soil, humidity, water, light proximity, ventilation, temperature....yeah

they are most likely too far from the plants, put them back in, a mixed spectrum performs better than just one in my experiences and opinion.

I'm going to put them back in tomorrow. These are just bagseeds. How much yeild should come off of each plant

a mixed spectrum is good, make it alittle more ble for veg and a little more red for bloom. i use 2 6500k 32watt cfl and 4 2700k 32watt cfl in my flower room. in my veg room i just the opposite. 4 6500k and 2 2700
