oakland ca...coffee shops that sell pot...no license..its called "oaksterdam"

its legal in ontario not decriminalized so i dont know if youd need a license.. id like to know before i purchase plane tickets.

Don't be fooled, the ganja is illegal everywhere, however, if you look hard enough you can get it anywhere. Go to Jamaica, man, or maybe hit the red light district in Bangkok, the beaches in Hawaii, but where ever you go, do not go to the UAE.
