I'm seriously LOLing, literally, and on forums I don't find myself doing that too often. Why don't you smoke less weed, come back to this planet, then start posting on RIU?

Might have been a bit harsh. What you should do for your NEXT grow is make sure the lower buds get more light. You can do this by trimming and training. Its real easy, all you need is a pair of scissors and string. Read up

are you referring to a vertical chop or a horizontal chop?

vertical chop... no way it's permanently gone...
horizontal chop... it will never grow any higher, and with proper treatment it can only get wider... still risky

overall... don't do any chopping...

Of course you can. Cut the top 2/3 and leave the rest for another week or so and they will get bigger. The remaining buds probably aren't as mature as the top if they were light deprived. You can verify this with a 30x magnifier. Look at the trichomes, they'll still be transparent.
Don't expect the buds to get huge. They only gain minimal weight. But, they will ripen and be better smoke.

are you talking about after you harvest the main colas? you could always let the lower buds ripen up a bit for a day or two after the main harvest, and try for a second.

if you are talking about getting rid of the main cola in order to promote the bottom ones, i don't think that is very wise in the 8th week of flowering. you should read up on topping for your next grow, and see if that is something that interests you.

yes you can if I'm understanding the question. Basically you want to snip the top colas and let the bottom ones fatten up correct? This is totally doable, but going by the pics you posted give the those buds in the pics at least another week and a half. Also when you do chop down the top halves of the colas watch the bottom ones intently as shocking a plant in this fashion could cause it to herm out on you. Good luck.

No it wont....plus is it gonna herm, pollinate and grow seed in the few days its taking the lower sites to finish????......prunning and topping and the like do not cause genetics to mutate....

I frequently harvest the tops and allow the lower buds more time. In ten years of growing indoors and forty outdoors, i've never seen it cause a plant to hermie. Granted, another week or so probably isn't enough time for a hermie to completely develop and cause much damage. Guess anythings possible though.
