Need help!!!

ok so im in FFOF soil, in 1 gallon pots( going to transplant soon) I had a few problems, I left town for a few day, it got really hot and they got really thirsty. They lost a bunch of leaves but seem to be coming back. One of the plants seems to have another problem. It has rust lookin leaves but not spots here a pic so you can get a better idea

That doesn't look like light burn to me. More like your plant needed nutrients and took them quickly from that leaf. I may be wrong but I've had a few do that and once they got water again they were fine. Watch the new growth, if that's ok then not to worry.

Have you fed'em yet? If not I'm thinking feed~ I guessing you haven't and your still in veg! If not I'd fed 1/4 less than what ff says if it say 2 tps I went 1.5 tps of Grow big get it!

Look at the leaf that is burnt and then look at the one right next to it, just the edge is burnt and ALL the other leaves seem fine.. light burn

and also I see a stem with no leaf on it that was around the same height as the burnt one... probably burnt so bad he plucked it

Don't sweat it. trim the dead stuff and try not to stress em out anymore. you're eventually gonna have to start feeding them too. And once again I gotta disagree with you max, I extremely doubt that is a light burn. It looks like there is a leaf closer to the light than that one that looks fine. it also doesn't look heat stressed. Is your hood real spotty gamjaplanta?

I running under t5's i dont think it got burnt by the light i have others that almost touch the light. I am following the feeding schedule for botanicare but dont add quite as much, im using ffof so didnt want to burn them. I feed, water then feed.

Yeah, didn't think it was a light burn.
It just happens sometimes man. Nothing to worry about if its only one or two leaves.

sometimes when I leave clones in my cabinet too long and they touch the light, they burn... contrary to popular belief flo's can burn plants, later on ill post a pic a clone I just let grow into a light and burnt the shit outta the top of it and their t5's

Yep, you can burn leaf with t-5 lighting, even the small 2 footers but you got to be just about touching it.
You can burn leaf without any heat at all, like a bulb in a cool tube that is cool to the touch but plant material too close to it will die. AKA light poisoning.

If you look at the picture the OP put up you see an even fade out, (I dont know what else to call it) Light burn is more spotty.
