Seriously you can find an old pac mule on craigslist for maybe 200. It sounds silly but you dont have to bring it back home with you. another way is to pack in some fish, gnarly fruits and vegetables and some compost starter make piles cover them with plastic and then leaf matter, let them compost all winter and next spring find the piles make some holes and plant some seeds.
