Need info on male plants and pollen

hey

i am a old hat when it comes to auto flowers and feeding and grow room design ......but i freely admit i know shit when it comes to male plants

1 do all the ball sacks ripen at the same rate and open up at the same time
2 what is the travel range on pollen in the air (outdoor grow)
3 how many ppls outdoors have gotten pollen from someone else grow do to insects

i ask because had a male plant outside ..........it was down slope from the big plants .......when i sawl it i pinched open some of the sacks no pollen had formed and the whole thing look wet/dewy the ball sacks i did not see any open

i just cut down some autos ....all 3 plants had seeds well formed but they did go way passed their cut date ( new grower was experimenting the feed was spot on and the soil had been augmented ) so the plant did not tell them to cut and let it go looking for the typical yellowing of lower leaves (i hermi a plant like this once pushed it 110 days when was only ment for 67 ) i wanted to see what she could do on autos she has always done photos


i checked 2 of big plants have seeds but the other 4 are clean........i need info on male plants please and thank u

no one has any info on male plants or pollen

The flowers open intermittently and not at the same time. Water kills pollen renders it dormant.

damn i thought they were like the flowers all done at one time

so there is a chance some opened before got it .........and did know about water ty for that

area the outdoor was in it had not rained in 3 months ... but before that it rained for 4 months strait ....oregon is nutz compaired to maryland

I hear about people with males that open up scrubbing their tent and grow area top to bottom and laugh every time. Its crazy. A simple spritz of water on all surfaces kills it all. Turn up your humidifier for airborne pollen and your set.

No just like apples the ones that get the most sun ..ripen first

I say a max of 10km/8 miles, Clarke in his book 'Cannabis - Evolution and Ethno'
says a max of 5 miles, I conceded this depends of temp and local humidity


3 how many ppls outdoors have gotten pollen from someone else grow do to insects
Every Moroccan and Indian Farmer since about 8000 years bc.

Always best to move the male inside once you get its a male to prevent accidental pollination
I often chop my down to a one gallon poit for ease of use, often you only need a pinch at a time

yah tom baker is my fav too only one to admit smoking hash .....used hooka to excape palace gaurds 191 the assassin 5:10 secs in

as for the doctor who story .........they are so far out there a female doctor is possible .....he is currently on his 13th regen she would make 14 .......timelord life span is only to be 12 (they wasted the regens going to short seasons i mean damn baker was the doctor for 7 season 1 actor 7 years ............doctor who has got hip and trendy (so they wrecked what i think a ep should be from 2 and half hours long to 4 hours long like the old days with the good stroies not all the CGI tricks)

True but the new one ain't terrible. Also he was gifted a new set of regens on Matt smiths Christmas special from Rasalon through the crack.
As long as they keep it pg on the sex and heavy on the dalek violence I'm happy.
Last good show on tv.

The Master is Missy these days, so we should have seen it coming.

The pollen sacks open at different times.

Right before it is ready to release pollen it will look like a bunch of bananas.

The pollen can easily travel a few miles.

If growing indoors or green house they make pollen filters.

If needing a male I recommend isolating them if possible and let them flower just like a female. Use smell, structure, flower time, etc help you decode which one to use.

You can freeze pollen and keep it for a while also.

it was a random seed i got from one of 2 possible strains (dogwalker or chemdog) both were some of the best stuff i tried in months so i risked plant it
3 different ppl sexed it as female (including self) so we moved to the outdoor as out indoor is a mess over veggie did not account for strech i got buds to the ceiling in that room

well about 4 weeks into flowering she noticed it was male and killed it off ......all the sacks i sawl were small wet balls none i popped had anything inside the rest of the plant they had bagged then dumped

i have already confirmed all the autos seeded and 3 of the photos out there are seeds too .........good news 2 of the plants are few to this area so this makes us a whole new strain to name ....bad news my partner is going to freak the fuck out

How do collect the pollen and in what should it be put in?looking at a potential male myself right now.looking for a breeding studd.

I collect it on black construction paper. I froze it.in the same. I just folded it up and stuck it in a Ziploc bag.

try that again...????

I lean my male over a mirror and scrape up the pollen 2x times per day

add it to a med bottle with a tsp of raw rice

store in freezer

good for 2 weeks, others say good for many months

I apologize for my poor grammar and punctuation.im a redneck country boy and i tend to type a little too fast sometimes.thank you for your help friend.much appreciated!by a potential male,i was referring to a young plant i have that is only 2 weeks old and is stanky as hell.structure is much different than the other beside it.much more rigid and thick stalked.has had purplish stalk and leaf limbs the entirety of its short little life.thank you again for the further info.
