Need just a little help y'all.

I just started a auto flower grow. One girl has poked through the soil. But the two first little leafs are not splitting apart. Is this ok? Is it something I need to change? I'm using a 18/6 light schedule. I have enough light lux is between 5000 and 6000. Watering with just city tap water until I can get pH down and a meter. I'm using "fox farm OF" soil. Any ideas?

put a drop of water on the unopened cotyledon & lets oak, that should allow the membrane to soften and open.
If that doesn't work, soak it again and very gently tease it open with something like a toothpick.
