hello every1 Iam in need of a good MMJ lawyer.. long story short the cops came into my house illegally found my grow.. in with i told the I had my paper work. the wouldnt even let me show the . they cuffed me took me out side searced my house pulled and broke my plants and then left them there. in my house! I had about 3 more weeks till harvest. so anyways I just need a good MMJ Lawyer Iam already talking to INTERNAL AFFAIRS.

go to john doe radio and email the host of the show, he will hook you up with a lawyer in the area.

Send me a PM and I will give you my lawyers info. I am fighting with the Arapahoe PD over an illegal search and seizure at the moment. I also received a lot of good legal information at Peace in Medicine, I think they have two locations in Denver. Good luck man. Sorry to hear about the violation of your civil rights.

People should stay the fuck away from Peace In Medicine, they helped craft 1284. Many people will be behind bars thanks to Josh Stanley (the owner).

I have a weird Question.

If the police are entering our home's illegally , then why are we not allowed to protect ourselves.

We are allowed to protect our home's and personal property from people acting illegally!!!!!

A police officer entering your home with out permission or a warrent is.....ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I have to have my paperwork in order to be legal, then they do to.
This is bullshit.
Our prayers are with anyone that is violated in this manner. I hope you grind these fuckers into dust.

The fucked up part is a cop can come in illegally with little to no conciseness but if you shoot the pig for violating your rights its Murder if he shoots you because he THOUGHT you had a gun in his illegal search its Paid Leave......................................

Yup, always love the irony of that one, i thought the argument behind why guns are good and not bad is that you are not slaves to your government?

How did they illegally enter? if you have any proof then any half competent lawyer could sort it out no trouble.

Colorado still has the Make My Day law. Just shoot and say you didn't realize it was a cop. If they entered your home illegally then fuck them its their own fault
